Empowering Manpower Through ISO Management Systems

On October 13, 2023, EARIST personnel took part in a session on ISO management systems facilitated by Macro Vision Consultancy. Unlike the AACCUP-specific activities, this one looked at quality management from an organization-wide lens — how ISO frameworks structure documentation, process control, and continuous-improvement cycles across an institution, not just within individual academic programs. Participants worked through the practical side of ISO implementation: what gets documented, how non-conformities are tracked, and how audits verify that stated processes are actually being followed.

To familiarize institutional personnel with ISO management system principles and practices, and to build the internal capability needed to implement and sustain those standards across EARIST\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s operations.
