BSBA Human Resource Management Curriculum Revision

The BSBA Human Resource Management Department undertook a comprehensive curriculum revision on August 08, 2025, in response to the changing demands of the “Future of Work.” The activity focused on reviewing and enhancing the curriculum to ensure alignment with national educational standards, current human resource management practices, emerging workplace trends, technological developments, and global industry requirements.

To ensure that the BSBA Human Resource Management program remains competitive, data-driven, socially responsible, and responsive to evolving workplace and industry requirements by providing students with relevant knowledge, skills, and competencies needed for modern human resource management and future employment opportunities.
