Abstract

In the Philippines, HEI\'s often encounter challenges in delivering student services efficiently, transparently, and responsively. Issues such as outdated processes, redundant procedures, lack of standardization, and insufficient feedback mechanisms hinder effective functioning and create transaction delays and confusion. Despite existing Citizens\' Charters and legal mandates like Republic Act No. 11032, which aim to streamline public service delivery, bottlenecks in service procedures remain prevalent. The alignment with these laws reinforced the study\'s relevance and its potential contribution to fostering a culture of good governance in public education. Recognizing the transformative role of technology, the research also advocated a digital innovation as a cornerstone of service improvement. Digital tools not only streamline operations but also enhance accessibility, ensuring that students, alumni, and faculty members can engage with institutional services efficiently.
