Background

The Technology Empowerment and Community Help for Barangays (TECH4B) project aims to enhance local governance and service delivery through the use of a digitally enabled barangay profiling system. Following the successful implementation of the system in Barangay 409, Zone 42, the second phase of this initiative focuses on the monitoring and evaluation of the system\'s performance. This phase is crucial in ensuring the system\'s alignment with the internationally recognized standards of ISO 25010:2011, which evaluates software quality in terms of functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability.

dMonitoring the system in this phase provides an opportunity to assess its effectiveness in improving the barangay\'s capacity for record-keeping, resident management, and decision-making. By continuously refining the system, the project empowers local leaders and community members to leverage technology for sustainable development, enhancing the overall quality of public service and governance.
