The Contextualized Enhancement Development Program for School Administrators\'
Leadership Skills and Faculty Proficiency in Higher Education Institutions in Cavite was
developed in response to growing demands for sustained academic leadership and instructional
excellence in the region. Findings from the study revealed that while many school administrators
and faculty members in Cavite demonstrated commitment and service, gaps remained in
leadership consistency, innovation, and professional growth, which hindered the full potential of
Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
Hence, school leaders needed to adopt a sustainability-based model of leadership that cultivated
innovation, equity, resilience, and inclusive excellence. Similarly, faculty had to move beyond
mere technical competence in their disciplines to become learning facilitators for autonomous
learning, critical thinking, and information literacy.
