Abstract

The E-Faculty Management System (E-FMS) is a web-based platform developed to replace the traditional manual process of managing faculty information with a fully automated and computerized solution. The system securely stores faculty records for long-term use while ensuring easy accessibility and streamlines the management of essential documents, including the Personal Data Sheet (PDS), Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN), and Faculty Profile. The study employed a descriptive-developmental approach using the Agile methodology for system development. A survey questionnaire was used as the primary instrument for data collection, with respondents including faculty members, program chairs, and IT experts. The system\'s quality was assessed based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, focusing on characteristics such as performance efficiency, usability, compatibility, reliability, security, portability, and functional suitability to ensure a reliable and effective platform for faculty records management. Results indicated that the system is highly acceptable. The researchers recommend incorporating an automated backup and recovery feature and performing yearly updates to ensure data security and maintain alignment with the institution\'s evolving needs.
