This study examined the influence of online social pressure on impulse buying behavior among Generation Z consumers, with implications for marketing strategies in the digital era. Specifically, it aimed to (1) describe the demographic profile of respondents; (2) assess the factors of online social pressure-advertising, influencers, trends, promotions, and feedback/reviews; and (3) determine their relationship to impulse buying dimensions, including motivation to buy, speed of purchase decision, amount of money spent, frequency of purchases, and types of products purchased. A descriptive- correlational research design was employed, involving 500 respondents from the five departments of the College of Business and Public Administration at Eulogio \"Amang\" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology (EARIST), Manila. Data were collected using a validated structured survey questionnaire and analyzed through frequency, percentage, weighted mean, and Pearson correlation. Findings revealed that all five factors of online social pressure were positively associated with impulse buying behavior. Advertising and influencer marketing emerged as the most influential factors, while promotions such as flash sales, discounts, and exclusive deals strongly increased the frequency and speed of unplanned purchases. Trends and peer influence reinforced the \"fear of missing out\" (FOMO), driving impulsive spending, while feedback and reviews significantly shaped trust and purchase confidence. Furthermore, emotional triggers, digital payment convenience, and aesthetic product presentation heightened motivation and reduced decision-making time. The correlation analysis confirmed a significant relationship between online social pressure and impulse buying behavior among Generation Z, indicating that greater exposure to online social stimuli increases the likelihood of unplanned purchases. These results underscore that Gen Z consumers are highly responsive to online social dynamics, making them a critical audience for digital marketers. The study concludes that online social pressure is a key determinant of impulse buying among Generation Z. For marketers, this implies the need to develop ethical, emotionally intelligent, and trend-sensitive digital marketing strategies- leveraging influencer authenticity, visual appeal, and time-bound promotions-while promoting responsible consumption to maintain long-term customer trust and loyalty.
